Skiing in Northern Norway

Suggested Itinerary

• Day 1:

  Fly to Tromso and transfer to Lyngen Lodge. Spend the evening settling in and admiring the local scenery

• Days 2-6:

  In winter, chose between skiing summit to sea, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing on the surrounding islands, or fishing in the fjords. Watch the Northern lights from the hot tub or warm up by the roaring log fire. In summer try island trekking, sea safaris, gorge walking, Sami reindeer culture trips, river canoeing, sea eagle feeding and fishing followed by a barbeque under the midnight sun. You can also choose to spend the last night in the picturesque harbour village of Tromso to experience the Norwegian culture. • Day 7:

  Transfer back to Tromso and catch your flight home.
